GT2整机使用全伺服控制系统，提供新颖的触屏界面，采用全新的机头机座传动模式，配备高效的供油装置，使本机在高速运行时，依旧保持良好的精准度，同步误差控制在千分之一秒以内，自动剪线，操作方便，维护简单。

GT2 series use full servo control system, a new touch-screen interface and a new transmission mode of engine head and base. Equipped with efficient fuel supply device, the machine can maintain good accuracy when it works at high speed. It can automatically raise the head and cut the line, which is easy to operate and easy to maintain.

可抬头与剪线；可以生产厚垫子；

整机全部采用高品质伺服系统，X及Y向采用伺服驱动系统速度高，稳定性好，精度更准确；

The whole machine adopts high quality servo system, which makes the system of high speed, good stability and high precision;

主轴采用上下电同步传动，机头移动采用直线导轨，运动精度高，噪音低；

The main shaft adopts the synchronous transmission of power up and down. Linear guide is used for head movement to make high precision and low noise.

可以使用USB闪存盘复制花样及其他文件，并支持USB热插拔；

Capable of copying pattern and other files with USB flash disk, and supports the plug and play installation and hot swapping;

一键设置框架尺寸与出棚位置，快捷方便；

One button setting frame size and finished needle position, fast and convenient;

支持Dat花型文件导入及批量导入；

Support Dat style file import and batch import;

支持轨迹寻找：支持空进、空退功能；支持软件模拟寻点并快速到位；

Support trajectory finding; The needle can get forward or backwards without thread; Support software simulation point finding and fast in place.

实时显示绗缝状态及提示操作方法；

支持花型拐角角度、拐角加工速度调整，适用于拐角加工精度要求较高的场合；

Support adjustment of pattern corner angle and corner machining speed, that is suitable for higher machining accuracy requirements;

支持花型的复制、删除和花型编辑，包括边空、旋转、镜像、位置微调、绗缝顺序调整等；

Support the replication, deletion and editing of patterns;

通过界限及花样边空的设定，花样图形能进行自动缩放；

The size of pattern can be varied automatically through defining range and space of pattern.

支持绗缝针距、绗缝速度实时调节；适应不同加工需求；

Support the real-time regulation of quilting needle distance and quilting speed to adapt to different processing requirements;

支持实时坐标偏移；位置平移微调功能，可以对拼缝等进行精准绗缝；

Support for real-time coordinate migration; The offset function makes it available to piece accurately.

机头机座采用液压式集中供油装置，使用简便可靠；

The machine head and base have been equipped with the hydraulic centralized oil supply device which is convenient, brief and very credible;

机头提供动压脚及固定压脚两套装置，且更换方便；

Two sets of presser foot (fixed presser foot and flexible presser foot) are equipped at the quilting head, which can be changed easily by your option;

单头、单针、双线锁式线迹，大旋梭；

Single head, single needle, double lock stitch, big rotating hook.

绷框吸合；

Stretching frame;

LED灯照明；

Equipped with LED lighting lamp;

机器实际功耗低于1千瓦；

The actual power consumption of machine is less than 1KW.

停机时机针自动停止在高位i断线检测功能，断面线时自动停机；

Needle stays at high position at pause time, machine stops working automatically while needle thread is broken.

系统测试功能，能够迅速检测机器的工作状态，用于维修；

The system test function can detect the machine working status effectively for repairing;

主轴故障检测功能能有效避免主轴故障造成的拉破床被现象；具有越界等保护功能；

The main shaft’s self-detecting function can protect the cushions from being broken due the main shaft failure. Motor power will be cut off when steel frame exceeds limit range.

提供自动及人工两种回归原点模式，能避免不必要的停机；

The unnecessary stop can be avoided because of the two modes provided to return to original point automatically or manually;

机头与机座雾化加油（与速度同步）,旋梭自动雾化润滑使针杆与旋梭寿命更长。

 The machine head and rotary spindle can be atomizing lubricated automatically, which will give the needle bar and the hook a longer life.        

支持模拟加工，仿真加工轨迹；
